(Guelph-Eramosa Twp, ON.) – On Friday September 18th, 2009 at about 11:20pm County of Wellington OPP responded to a reported serious collision on Highway 7 west of Wellington Road 32, Guelph- Eramosa Twp.
County of Wellington OPP found that the head-on collision involved a 1999 Volkswagen Passat driven by Marian Stefan Cojocaru a 22 year old Kitchener man and a 2000 Mercury Cougar driven by John T. Walker aged 44 of Kitchener. Walker was taken to Guelph General Hospital with non life threatening injuries.
Cojocaru has been charged with Dangerous Driving Causing Bodily harm and he is scheduled to appear in Guelph court on November 16th, 2009 to answer to the charge. |
